If your coffee bag arrives opened or damaged, you may return it within 7 business days of receiving it and choose a replacement or a full refund. Please send photo proof to sanmiguel.concorazon@gmail.com.

If you would like a refund because the order is not what you expected, you may return the product within 7 business days of receiving it , as long as the coffee bags are unopened. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund.
